Skilled Now Certified Trainers conduct professional, high-value classroom and online training experiences that engage learners, incorporate a variety of training techniques, and inspire life-long learning that lead to measurable workplace performance improvements.
Proven Training Experience
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the adult learner, learning styles, and training methodologies
• Demonstrate ability to transfer learning objectives into learner outcomes that elevate workforce productivity and growth
• Demonstrate ability to conduct professional, high-value online and classroom training experiences for adults that engage learners and incorporate a variety of training techniques
• Demonstrate effective use of training and classroom technologies
Proven Work-World Experience in the Career Discipline of Choice
• Minimum two years workplace experience in a job role directly related to the career discipline of choice
Education and Certifications
• (Preferably) B.A. degree in education, business, or discipline directly related to training content
• Skilled Now Certified Trainer Workshop
• Skilled Certified Professional in the SN career track certification of choice
• Skilled Now Certified Workplace Professional, SN-WP, designation desired
